    The Drug Abuse Screening Test offers a simple but accurate way of assessing the degree to which individuals are at risk from their use of drugs. It is a useful diagnostic tool for psychoactive drug dependence.
  • Michigan Alcohol Screening Test (MAST)
    Are you drinking too much? This test helps you assess your use of alcohol and whether you should look at making changes.
  • The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale
    The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, developed in 1965, is a ten item Likert scale with items answered on a four point scale – from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The original sample for which the scale was developed consisted of 5,024 High School Juniors and Seniors from 10 randomly selected schools in New York State. Higher scores indicate higher the self esteem.

    Understanding the factors that contribute to your personality is a complex and sensitive endeavour. You should complete this form only when asked to. You will not be sent the results as they need to be given to you during a personal contact with explanations and any appropriate support.
